Introduction

Process Description:
Manganese ore is widely used in modern industry, mainly as a deoxidizer and desulfurizer in iron making and steel making, and as an alloy. Manganese ore reserves in South Africa are abundant, and most manganese ore is a fine or fine grain embedded, so the use of it is generally treated by a mineral processing process.

Principle

Introduction to the granite production line:
The mined ore is firstly crushed by a jaw crusher. After being crushed to a reasonable fineness, it is evenly fed into the ball mill through the hoist and the ore feeder, and the ore is crushed and ground by a ball mill. The ground minerals are graded according to the size of the classifier. The unqualified minerals are sent to the ball mill for grinding. The qualified minerals are sent to the magnetic separator for rough selection, and then enter the second magnetic separator for fine grinding. Alternatively, the mineral particles that have been initially separated by the magnetic separator are sent to a flotation machine, and different drugs are added according to different mineral characteristics, so that the desired minerals are separated from other substances. Finally, the dried minerals can be obtained by drying in a dryer.
