The Fine jaw crusher  is mainly used for medium-size crushing of various ores and bulk materials, and is widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, roads, railways, water conservancy and chemical industries. The compressive strength of the crushed material is not more than 320 MPa.

Fine jaw crusher Performance Features:

1. The smashing adopts the world's advanced manufacturing technology and is made of high-end materials.
2. The jaw crusher has a more advanced dynamic jaw assembly, which makes it more durable. The jaw assembly is made of high-quality steel castings and is driven by two large cast steel flywheels. In addition, the heavy-duty eccentric shaft is also used. The processing of the forging blanks makes the jaw crusher exceptionally reliable.
3. The smashed bearing seat adopts integral cast steel structure, which can ensure the perfect match with the crushing frame, and also greatly enhance the radial strength of the bearing seat, while the split bearing seat does not have this advantage.
4. Using finite element analysis technology, the equipment has higher working intensity and contributes to the improvement of production efficiency.
5. The crushing chamber of the jaw crusher adopts a symmetrical “V” shape structure, so that the actual feed port width is consistent with the nominal feed port width.

Principle

working principle
The working mode of the jaw crusher is a curved extrusion type. The working principle is: the motor drives the belt and the pulley, and the moving shaft moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes larger, thereby Pushing the moving jaw to the fixed jaw, and at the same time, the material is crushed or chopped to achieve the purpose of crushing; when the moving down, the angle between the bracket and the moving jaw becomes smaller, and the moving jaw is in the pull rod and spring. Under the action of the fixed raft, the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. As the motor rotates continuously, the crushing maneuvering cycle motion crushes and excretes the material to achieve mass production.
